O2 Spas is an Australian owned company. We design primarily for Australian conditions. This said, the O2 Spas product can found in New Zealand, France, Spain and increasingly through the rest of Europe.
All O2 Spas have been certified to comply with CE, UL, ETL and TUV standards. They are fully compliant for use in Australia and other markets in which they are sold. All O2 Spas undergo a rigorous quality control program. This includes adhesion testing of every single shell we produce. Every O2 Spa undergoes several hours of water testing at operational temperatures to ensure your O2 Spa will be trouble free for many years.
If the unforeseen does occur, we have a full service network through out Australia and most faults can be rectified within 48 hours of notification. Your first port of call should be the dealer where you purchased your O2 Spa.
